Ryde provides on-demand logistics, delivery, and courier solutions that connect customers, drivers, and dispatchers in real time. You may use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Use the Services for any illegal or fraudulent activity.
Interfere with or disrupt the performance of our systems or networks.
Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information when registering or creating an account.
Ryde reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in activities that may harm our platform or users.
To use certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately at hello@appryde.com. Ryde will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.
Users can schedule pickups and deliveries through the Ryde mobile app or website. Once a request is placed, Ryde will assign a driver or partner to fulfill the delivery.
Ryde aims to complete deliveries promptly but does not guarantee exact delivery times. Factors such as weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances may affect service availability or timelines.
You agree not to send items that are illegal, hazardous, perishable (without proper packaging), or restricted by law. Ryde reserves the right to inspect, reject, or report prohibited shipments to relevant authorities.
Ryde takes reasonable measures to ensure the safety of your package. However, our liability for any loss or damage during transit is limited to the declared value of the item or as specified in our applicable policies.
All payments must be made through the payment options provided in the Ryde app or website. Ryde uses trusted third-party payment processors to handle transactions securely.
Service fees, surcharges, or other applicable charges will be clearly displayed before you confirm a booking. By proceeding with a booking, you authorize Ryde to process payment for the total cost of your order.
Payments are non-refundable once a delivery has been completed, except where otherwise required by law or stated in our refund policy.
You agree to:
Ensure that the pickup and delivery details provided are accurate and complete.
Be available at the agreed times for package handover or receipt.
Treat drivers and other users with respect and avoid any abusive or inappropriate behavior.
Ryde reserves the right to refuse service to users who engage in fraudulent activities, harassment, or misuse of the platform.
Ryde provides its Services “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties or guarantees, express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ryde and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including delays, lost deliveries, or system interruptions.
All content, trademarks, software, and materials available through Ryde (including logos, text, images, and app design) are the intellectual property of Ryde or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.
Our Services may include links to or integrations with third-party platforms such as payment processors, map providers, or logistics partners. Ryde is not responsible for the practices, content, or services of third-party entities.
Ryde may suspend or terminate your account or access to our Services at any time if:
You breach these Terms.
Your actions pose a risk to the platform or other users.
Required by law or regulatory authorities.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, but certain obligations, including outstanding payments and indemnities, may survive termination.
You agree to indemnify and hold Ryde, its affiliates, employees, and partners harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using Ryde, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
Ryde may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, technology, or legal requirements. Updated versions will be posted on our website or app with the new effective date. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
